1. Agreement

By using Toledo Handyman and Home Repair (the "Service") at https://www.toledohandymanandhomerepair.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

We provide handyman and home repair services in the Toledo, OH area, including but not limited to: plumbing repairs, drywall, painting, kitchen and bathroom work, flooring, smart-lock installation, door repair, fence and deck work, and rental turnovers.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Our standard visit fee is $89 and is disclosed before any work begins. Material costs are added to the final invoice and supported by a receipt. You approve all pricing before work begins.

4. SMS Communications

By submitting a service request, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Toledo Handyman and Home Repair at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your phone number is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Photo & Video Documentation

We document each job with photos and video uploaded to your customer portal. These media files are stored securely and are visible only to you, the assigned technician, and authorized staff.

6. Payment

Payment is collected after the visit is confirmed via a secure payment link. We accept credit and debit cards. Material receipts are provided when work is complete.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled visit at any time before the technician departs for the job site at no charge. Same-day cancellations after departure may incur the standard visit fee.

8. Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for 30 days following completion. Material warranties pass through from the manufacturer. We do not warrant work performed on pre-existing unrelated issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Toledo Handyman and Home Repair's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
