FAQs
How long will the bathroom be out of service? +
A vanity swap takes 1 day. A tile shower install takes 5-7 days (tile, grout, and sealer need cure time). A full remodel runs 1-3 weeks.
Do you handle the plumbing for moving the toilet or shower? +
Yes for moving the supply lines and drain within a few feet. If we need to break the floor or run new lines through finished spaces, we will note it in the quote.
Will you replace the tile but keep the tub? +
Yes. Re-tiling around an existing tub is common — saves $400-$800 vs. tub replacement. We will inspect the tub for cracks or stains and let you know if a refinish would help.
Do you do tub-to-shower conversions? +
Yes. We remove the tub, build a curb or curbless shower pan, waterproof, tile, install the glass and fixtures. Conversion usually takes 7-10 days.
Is grout sealing included? +
Yes. After grout cures (48-72 hours) we apply a penetrating sealer so it resists stains and mold. We recommend resealing every 1-2 years and can come back for that.
