Standard visits are $89 and cover most small patches. Larger repairs (multiple sheets, full walls) are quoted by job. Mud and tape are included; texture sprays and paint are extra if needed.

FAQs
Will the patch be invisible after paint? +
On smooth walls, yes — a good patch disappears under fresh paint. On textured walls (knockdown, orange peel) we match the texture before priming so it blends. Send a photo of the wall texture in your portal and we will confirm before the visit.
Do you paint after patching? +
For small patches (under 6 inches), we prime and touch-up with paint you provide. For larger areas we will quote a full-wall repaint as a separate line item.
How long does drywall need to dry before paint? +
Mud takes 24 hours per coat. Most patches need 2-3 coats with sanding between. We work around your schedule — many landlords use us between tenants so the wall has 48 hours to fully cure before the next move-in.
Can you do drywall after a water leak? +
Yes, but the leak has to be fully resolved first. We will not patch over active moisture (it grows mold). If you have a leak we have not seen yet, send a photo and we can address both the leak and the drywall in the same visit.
Do you remove the old drywall too? +
Yes — for water damage or larger holes we cut out the bad section, dispose of the debris, install new drywall, tape, mud, sand, and prime. All in one visit for typical repairs.
